This is not just another workout — Get it GIRL is a small-group strength training program designed specifically for girls ages 11–14. Led by Dr. Catherine Biddle, this program is built to empower young female athletes through safe, research-based training in a supportive community.

INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING:

Every athlete is unique — and their training should reflect that. This program is tailored for girls ages 11–14 to meet them where they are, with a focus on movement quality, safe progression, and building a strong foundation for future performance.

SAFE, RESEARCH-BACKED PROGRAMMING:

Strength training at this age doesn’t stunt growth or make girls “bulky.” Instead, it develops lean muscle, bone density, and body confidence while reducing the risk of injury. With Dr. Biddle’s expertise as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, the programming emphasizes proper technique and age-appropriate progressions.

FEMALE EMPOWERMENT & CONFIDENCE:

Girls are still under-represented in strength training and, in some cases, in sports. This program is about more than physical gains — it’s about building resilience, self-belief, and showing girls they can kick it just like the boys do.
